6. Is information disclosed to Third Parties?
Information will not be disclosed to other third parties except
in cases where the third party is a contractor or supplier
who is engaged on our premises, specifically to assist with
the activities of esd-consultant.com, eg a supplier engaged
to assist with management of a ESD Consultant event. All such
contractors will be bound contractually to keep all information
confidential.
8. How long is the information kept?
Information will be kept until it is outdated or no longer
required, after which time it will be destroyed or permanently

or destruction. All ESD Consultant employees follow a firm
