Recent story of successes

Processed using 0.18um logic ASICs with more than 64MB 0.15um embedded DRAM, having die size of 10x10 mm2 with more than 400 pins, this SOC chip has dual voltage of 1.5volt/2.5 volt with two different gate oxide, have achieved 3500 volt human body model and 300 volt Machine model using our special designed IP and I/O cell library.

The above target was achieved using full salicide process without salicide block and no additional ESD implant, according to one of the ESD expert who recently retired from ESD consultant service that we are the first one ever achieved such a high level with the 0.18um full salicided process.
